I created this piece based on a character of my own (the pink haired one), and a friend of my friend’s. I love drawing metal, admittingly.
Whether the two are first meeting, reuniting, or about to part is left to the viewer’s discretion to decide.
Architecture and Fashion.
This was made with the Romanesque era in mind. This was one of the first times I tried that “paint like I’m painting for a monarch” ideology in an attempt to be more comfortable with depictions of myself
I had a lot of fun thinking about how I showcase myself in everyday life and what kind of clothes I may have dressed in.
Process
This piece is called “Yearning.”
Whether the meeting is a reunion or department remains unspecified. The piece is centered on the emotions that can be conveyed with only one visible face and body language alone in a still image.
