I’m Sillas, Sill-iss.
I’m currently a student at SNHU studying Graphic Design. I have a love for a lot of creative fields, from creative fictional writing to art and photography. While most of my art is digital as of late, I adore oil painting. Painting holds a special place in my heart. As for fictional writing, I enjoy talking about deep topics and examining the gray nature of human nature.
I grew up in Derry NH. But, when I left for college, I moved to Lee NH.
When I first left for college, I didn’t initially know what exactly to go for. But, I decided that Graphic Design may be interesting. Since then, I’ve learned that graphic design encompasses both illustrative skills, coding, web design, marketing and communication. I don’t regret the choices I’ve made at SNHU or the choice of my major.
I continue to pursue classes outside of my major including anthropology, sociology, philosophy and creative writing.
I’m always open to learning something I didn’t know, especially as I’ve been getting older. While I may not like photos of myself, I hope they can convey the way I like to depict people – and myself by extension.
